There are 2 ways to receive your purchase:

You pick-up yourself in Tel Aviv at Kerem HaTeimanim (Kanfei Nesharim 14)
Shipment all over Israel for a 30 ILS fee

The shipment outside of Israel is not available at the moment.

What if you change your mind?

Each one of the items that VNTG sells is checked manually and washed locally in our sustainable laundry room in Tel Aviv. The clothes don't have holes or stains but, as they are used, very light wear-out signs are possible.

The satisfaction of our clients is key so we do accept undamaged items in return when the return declaration is made to us by email (free text) or the website contact form within 2 days after purchase. The items must return physically to VNTG within 5 working days after the return declaration.

We will check the clothes, when received, and advise the client by email if the return is accepted within 7 working days. After that, a gift-card or a promotion code will be sent to the client for the same amount as paid for the returned item to use on the website or on one of our social network accounts.
