In this article you will discover my top English speaking bloggers choice who include a lot of vintage pieces in their outfits. I hope that it will give you the desire (if you don’t have it yet) to buy from vintage stores and, not less important, some styling ideas and tips specifically dedicated to vintage.

1. KarenBritChick on YouTube and IG
Karen is a British fashion blogger who lives in New York. She has a very interesting personal story (check out her “I lost my job” video)
and is passionate about fashion. She has a distinct personal style based on cowboy elements, small flowers printed dresses, high waist jeans and men suits. Well, of course, there is much more to Karen’s style and taste, to discover everything check her out, it’s really worth it!
Karen buys a lot in vintage stores (and there are so many in new York and the store surfaces are very big comparing to the ones we have in Israel). In her different videos she gives tips on how to search for vintage clothes compatible with your style, how to check their quality and materials, how to style vintage clothes so that they don’t look “very vintagy” but can be easily transferred into today’s fashion.
My personal big excitement about Karen’s channel is that she is very funny and natural :) She buys from different stores and has items from luxury and high street brands but also from vintage stores. Being able to buy Loewe or Chanel bags (what to say, they are quite pricy new or second hand either way) Karen is never snobbish or neglectful towards what cheaper brands can offer stylewise.
For me Karen is a “stylish and funny girl next door” but also a great specialist in fashion!
One of my best Youtube find ever, totally advise her channel!
2. best.dressed on YouTube and IG
Ashley’s YouTube channel doesn’t need a lot of introduction words.
She has 3.47M subscribers and she is only 21 years old!
First, I was attracted by the execution of her videos - they are just very professional and nicely built (a pleasure to watch) but after, I discovered that Ashley had a full playlist about thrifting (https://www.youtube.com/playlistlist=PLTfSzFnwTcWS7PvVG5FM0Uaz5CMLdnVH4).
She buys some of her clothes in vintage and thrift stores and gives tips on how to find treasures inside of these spaces overloaded with possibilities.
She is also quite handy and does videos about how to re-style and up-cycle her vintage store (and not only!) finds.
3. StyleLikeU on YouTube
StyleLikeU is an uncommon YouTube channel not only because of its unique content but also because this content is created by a collaboration of a mother - Elisa and her daughter - Lily.
This mother & daughter couple shares incredible stories of people’s styles and life stories - a style is an expression of who you are underneath.
Many people featured on StyleLikeU buy their clothes in vintage stores and some of the videos narrate the stories of vintage stores’ owners in the States.
This channel is about personal style, it doesn’t give tips or advices on where to go and how to shop vintage but it definitely gives ideas on how to style outfits!
Each style and each story featured on StyleLikeU is so powerful, emotional, pure and unique that this channel is a must to everyone who wants to watch quality YouTube content, not only to the vintage stores lovers.
4. B. Jones Style on YouTube and IG
Beth Jones is an LA based style and fashion blogger who thrifts a lot in vintage stores. She has 69 (!) videos about vintage and thrift shopping!
I like Beth and I’m thankful to her because she is really The Person who made me discover and appreciate colors and patterns.
Before her channel I didn’t have a clue about how to combine patterns and bright colors, about how to complete a bright outfit with jewelry (only the colorful clothes made me feel “too much”).
Beth talks a lot about vintage stores shopping and, once the clothes are bought, about how to combine and how to style them.
5. Justine Leconte officiel on YouTube
This French sounding named account is, technically, not speaking about vintage stores and vintage clothing but it gives an amazing perspective on quality clothes design and creation.
Justine is a French clothes designer who lives in Germany but speaks English in her videos.
Being a clothing designer herself, she gives great tips and insights in the subtle labyrinth of how good clothing is made and how anybody can recognize a valuable piece inside of any vintage shop assortment.
Conclusion
So here it goes, my list of 5 best fashion bloggers who buy in vintage shops or who give tips for a pleasant vintage shopping experience (and styling and fashion overall).
I hope this helps you with you vintage shop treasure hunt! Leave me your comments or questions in the comments section of this post and let me know what you want me to write about in the next articles;)
Thank you!
